ATLANTA, GA – June 5, 2025 – INTENNSE™, the new professional tennis league set to launch on June 19, is partnering with Bolt6™, a leader in AI-powered sports technology, to implement electronic line  calling across all Surge matches.

The collaboration will deploy Bolt6’s advanced cloud-based system, using 12 high-precision cameras  positioned around the INTENNSE Arena to deliver real-time, error-free calls—ensuring fairness and non- stop action.

This move reinforces INTENNSE’s commitment to innovation, giving players and fans the most reliable  officiating without delays.
With assistance from Bolt6, INTENNSE matches will not use video replay, keeping the focus on fast-paced, high-energy competition.

"At INTENNSE, we’re changing things - starting with line calls," said Head of Officiating Jaume Campistol. "Every match runs on Bolt6, so no line judges, no arguments, no delays. Just fast, accurate calls—every time. No stoppages. No second-guessing. Just trust in the tech and the fairness of every point."

Bolt6, founded in 2021, specializes in AI-driven officiating tools that enhance fairness, fan engagement, and commercial value for sports leagues.

“INTENNSE is all about speed, trust, and a bold vision for the future of tennis—and that aligns perfectly with everything we’ve built at Bolt6,” said James Japhet, Chief Commercial Officer of Bolt6. “Our system is designed to deliver instant, unquestionable accuracy, so the focus stays on the action, not the officiating. We’re proud to help power a league that’s pushing the boundaries of how the sport is played and experienced.”

"Our partnership with Bolt6 brings electronic line calling (ELC) to all INTENNSE matches, including our open-entry Challenge Series,” said Barry Fulcher, Head of Competition. “This will be the first time that top-tier ELC technology is accessible to junior, collegiate and other high-performance players, and it underscores INTENNSE's commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology to establish a reputation as a premier playing experience for a wider player demographic."

The Challenge series is a competitive platform designed to give rising tennis players the opportunity to earn a spot on a Challenge team and compete against professional league players in a full production broadcast event.

The inaugural season kicks off on Thursday, June 19, with Challenge Team Qualifying. INTENNSE team play begins on Saturday, June 21, with a 7 PM ET showdown between Tampa Bay and Jacksonville. All matches will be held at the state-of-the-art INTENNSE Arena at Electric Owl Studios in Atlanta, Georgia.
The regular season will run through August 10.
