Season 2026 Official Rules

These rules are effective for the 2026 season and apply to every official match across all 10 teams. The fast format — BOLTs and ARCs — replaces traditional sets and games. Continuous scoring; no resets.

  • Format Breakdown

    • 1

      BOLT

      A BOLT is 10 minutes of continuous play and the clock is ticking from the first point. If the buzzer sounds mid-point it is played to completion.

    • 2

      ARCs

      An ARC is a full team matchup of 7 BOLTs: 2× Men's Singles, 2× Women's Singles, 1× Men's Doubles, 1× Women's Doubles, 1× Mixed Doubles.

    • 3

      Scoring

      Each point won = 1 point for your team. A clean winner (untouched shot) = 2 points. Points stack continuously - no resets, no games, no sets.

      Winning

      Highest total score across all 7 BOLTs wins the ARC. If scores are tied at the end, one deciding point determines the winning team.
