The league enters the season with 10 franchises, up from three, after selecting 80 players through its first-ever draft from a pool of nearly 400 applicants. That represents a 748% increase in player registrations year over year and signals growing momentum for a league that is rewriting what professional tennis can look like.
INTENNSE was built around a simple premise: professional tennis should be as watchable as it is competitive. Its 90-minute match format delivers 60% more active play and 4.0 times more scoring opportunities than traditional tennis, with simplified scoring and a fast-paced structure designed to keep fans engaged from first serve to final point.
All 52 events this season will take place at the INTENNSE Arena at Assembly Studios, a 30,000-square-foot, climate-controlled soundstage in Atlanta featuring seating for 500 and full broadcast production capabilities. The venue is purpose-built to place fans close to the action and support the league’s entertainment-first presentation. The regular season runs through July 25, with the Conference Finals on July 31 and the Championship on August 1.
THE TEAMS Ten co-ed franchises compete across two conferences, each supported by a Pulse Partner — a celebrity part-owner of the team who brings added energy and visibility to the league.

Tre Boston, former NFL Safety, is also a Pulse Partner, but will be unaffiliated during the 2026 season.

A LEAGUE BUILT FOR ATHLETES, TOO INTENNSE is also addressing one of professional tennis’s most persistent challenges: the gap between elite-level talent and sustainable income.
